Key responsibilities

  • Adding new hires information on MySuccess and associated HR / payroll systems, keeping information accurate and complies with GDPR, legal compliance and Kerry standards.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, raising issues for follow up with the Specialists and People Managers where appropriate.
  • Managing all requests raised through ServiceNow ensuring SLA’s are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner and escalating when required.
  • Maintaining electronic filing ensuring that folders are kept as streamlined as possible – regularly deleting and archiving information in line with GDPR.
  • Monitoring immigration compliance over the lifecycle of for employees in all countries under your domain including use of the sponsorship process ensuring 100% compliance with Home Office, in country legal requirements and internal audit standards.
  • Proactively lead / support a variety of projects which support Kerry GBS’s Continuous Excellence agenda.
  • Manage the Occupational Health referral system, adding referral payments when required.
  • Manage promotions, legal entity change and change of benefits in HR System, and advice to steakholders
  • Provide support and assistance to Employee Lifecycle Specialists, our COE partners and HR Business Partners.

Service Delivery

  •  Working knowledge of ServiceNow and all of the basic functionality it provides.

•  Able to manage all incoming queries and requests for contracts, letters, employee benefits, terms and conditions changes, support with audit requests etc.

•  Efficient reporting and analytical skills to work proactively to run reports to provide HR insights to the business.

 

Technology Enablement

  •  Efficient use of MS office and other key business tools;

-  PowerPoint for effective presentation of data including graphs and charts.

-  Word to produce mail merges, letters, contracts etc.

-  Outlook to apply rules and manage folders, scheduling and diaries, build standardised templates and manage processes

-  Excel including Fx functions, Pivots, charts, data analysis and presentation into day to day work.

-  Visio to create and maintain process documentation

-  Sharepoint to upload shared materials and share and engage with projects and other functions

-  PowerBI to analyse and report on KPIs and performance

-  SAP / Concur to process POs, invoices, financial transactions

-  Kronos / T&A Systems to support sites capture time on and time off and to act as liaison between sites and payroll providers / teams where necessary

 

Legal / Regulatory

  •  Knowledge of relevant employment law and local regulations.

•  Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws.

Development of self and others

  •  Comfortable ensuring all stakeholders are fully trained on correct employee lifecycle process requirements to ensure a 'right first time' way of working.

•  Comfortable giving feedback to individuals and small groups where necessary to ensure processes continue to be effective and efficient

•  Proactively use problem solving skills to help resolve data errors and issues and ensure knowledge is shared with stakeholders and colleagues within the wider Employee lifecycle section.

 

Language and communication  

 • High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.

•  Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer groups.

•  Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.

•  Proficiency in one or more additional foreign language would be a significant advantage (in particular Portuguese)
