About the role

Kerry Group is looking for a E-Commerce Implementation Specialist. Under broad supervision of the Global E-Commerce Implementation Lead, the E-Commerce Implementation Specialist will be responsible for ongoing onboarding of suppliers to the Coupa platform. Onboarding is primarily for e-invoicing but may include e-purchasing, e-catalogues and other exchanges of data in a structured format.

Key Skills

•  Coupa Platform Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement, sourcing and Invoicing platforms is crucial. You should be well-versed in its features, functions, and capabilities to effectively support suppliers.

•  Supplier Onboarding and Enablement: Knowledge and experience in supplier onboarding processes, including supplier business profiling, transaction analysis and guiding suppliers through registration, data submission, and integration with the Coupa platform.

•  cXML Invoicing: Proven experience in cXML Invoicing Configuration from start to finish

•  Stakeholder Management: Ability to identify, engage and support suppliers and business owners to engage on e-commerce via cXML, especially invoicing.

•  Procurement and Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of procurement, purchasing and supply chain concepts is important, as you'll be assisting suppliers in aligning their processes with the platform. Specific understanding of standard invoicing processes.

•  Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve their performance on the Coupa platform.

•  Technical Troubleshooting: Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving to assist suppliers with any issues they may encounter while using the Coupa platform.

•  Supplier Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers. You'll be assisting them with their queries and concerns throughout the onboarding process.

•  Project Management: Effective project management skills are valuable to handle multiple supplier onboarding projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

•  Training and Support: Capability to provide training and support to suppliers, guiding them on how to best use the Coupa platform

•  Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement in supplier onboarding and enablement procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

•  Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements in procurement and supplier management.

Qualifications and skills

•  Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.

•  A minimum of 2 years experience with cXML configurations on a Source-to-Pay Platform

Preferred

•  Coupa Platform Certification

•  Project Management Certification

•  Good Understanding of RPA / BOT's and how to utilize within the current state process to make Operations easier.

•  Experience in designing of Coupa integration with ERP/Middleware/3rd party applications via flat file and API's.

•  Knowledge of indirect tax management

•  Knowledge of freight and supply-chain processes
