About the role

Nature of Work

•  Identify areas of improvement for internal operations and supplier processing based on routine data received internally and externally.

•  Facilitates decision making and prioritization based on data inside.

•  Build ad hoc reports to easily visualize progress or gaps.

•  Run daily dashboards in excel for associated plants and distribute to stakeholders including but not limited to warehouse, transportation, inventory, customer care, prior to touchpoint calls

Key responsibilities

•  Consolidate SAP plant, transportation, and 3PL data for central and plant facilities review.

•  Create dashboards for ease of use by end users.

•  Management of a weekly OTIF review process including tracking failure reason codes and aligning system data.

•  Instill a daily OTIF (On Time in Full) focused culture within the operational execution teams.

•  Highlight customer orders in review status and agree on actions needed to align dates and/or avoid future failures.

•  Daily maintenance and consolidation of open order risk analysis, including the process to capture data from multiple sources.

•  Performs analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts, and historical material usage to develop and execute project transition plans.

•  Participate in daily/weekly/monthly teams calls.

•  Validate and audit data captured from plants and warehouses to ensure accuracy.

•  Work closely with the Supply Planning and Warehouse/Logistic operations teams to complete projects on time.

•  Perform occasional facility visits, audits, and data capture workshops.

Qualifications and skills

•  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics and supply chain with increasing levels of responsibility in a manufacturing environment appropriate to food, beverage, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals or a closely aligned sector in North America.

•  Experience with SAP or similar ERP.

•  Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, SQL Queries, PowerBI & Excel.

•  General knowledge of factory and DC distribution networks.

•  Ability to conduct root cause analysis and sees connections between data and process.

•  Strong analytical skills; able to compile and analyze data.

•  Excellent data manipulation and interpretation skills for use in understanding trends, performance analyses, etc.

•  Prepare and conduct quality assurance reviews and process audits for compliance.

•  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

•  Strong attention to detail

•  Demonstrates effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization, superior verbal, and written skills.
