Key responsibilities
Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct research on regulatory requirements and best practices to support policy development.
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure policies are comprehensive and accurate.
Help maintain a centralized repository of compliance policies and procedures.
Support the Compliance team in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
Participate in compliance training sessions and assist in the development of training materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Compliance Manager.
Qualifications and skills
Advanced English
Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
