Key responsibilities
• Assist and respond to internal and external queries on a timely a basis.
• Reconcile statements of account.
• Vendor relationship management.
• Post invoices and follow up to actions needed to achieve invoice posting
• Be responsible and manage the day-to-day activities.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business needs.
• Report to AP Team lead.
Qualifications and skills
• Strong communication skills; work with co-workers in multiple functions and locations
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of purchasing and supply chain management.
• Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization.
• Able to get buy-in and commitment from stakeholders.
• University Degree required.
• Conversational English (writing and speaking)
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
• Preferred 1+ years' experience in an AP role, or SAP knowledge
• Experience with SAP and ServiceNow is a significant plus.
• Detailed and task oriented.
