About the role

Work Location: Bangpoo ( Bangkok)

Reporting to: Assistant Production Manager

Key responsibilities

Handle full function of production staffs.
To provide a working knowledge or training program to staffs as plan.
Able to maintain production quality system relate to work of Production staff such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQMS, OHSAS14001, etc.
Responsible for controlling and monitoring CCP in production line
Control and monitor daily output and production time to meet production planned
Control production planned and generate Batch Sheet for production.
To control and monitor process and product quality on production line to meet quality specification
Maintain and monitor the production efficiency, yield-loss, attainment, first time quality as company target.
To be able to control and manage the level of remaining products (Green box) and raw materials for IP (Blue box)
In charge of monitoring cleanliness at working area and all equipment.
Ensure workplace & activity on safe.
Must be able to work in night shift.

Qualifications and skills

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or any related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in business.
Ability to work in a team with management team and team members.
Strong in time management with the ability to handle deadlines for produce the special orders.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
Develop strategies with the team to work smart and efficiently.
