Where You'll Work:

Are you ready to amp up your career in manufacturing?  If the answer is yes, you may want to join our Kerry Portland, ME facility!  We make liquid coffee extract that is used as an ingredient in many food and beverages, as well as the food service industry.  If you are looking to build a career in manufacturing with a facility boasting a 7 year safety record with ZERO LTI's, we might be the team for you.

What You’ll Do:

Are coaching and developing employees something you’re passionate about? Do you have an eye for process efficiencies and continuous improvement? This is key to our success, and so are you! You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. We strongly believe in “Safety First, Quality Always” for our employees, products, and customers. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling, and packaging

Qualifications and skills

To be eligible and successful in this role, you will have:

•High School diploma or equivalent
•College degree in applicable field of study is preferred, but we will consider relevant work experience
•Minimum 4 years experience of demonstrated success in developing, driving, and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives and accountability programs
