What you'll do:

This is not your traditional 2nd Shift Production Supervisor role. This position offers complexity and challenges and allows you to have a strong presence on the operation floor! No mundane tasks here – every day is different. The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the production function, with at least 7 direct reports.

You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. You’ll be responsible for change management and influencing behaviors and mindset to meet our Kerry standards. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.

What you'll need to be successful and safe:

Do you have a Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years equivalent experience in a production/manufacturing or related field?

•Are you a night owl with a flexible schedule? 2nd shift runs 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday and required to work Saturdays.. This person will be responsible for an average of 50 hours per week.
•Have you spent at least 3 years in a manufacturing or production environment (food/beverage manufacturing experience preferred)
•Is your passion leading team members to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner?  If you have at least 3 years leading a production team, then we need you!
•Is the best still not good enough? If continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost and customer service goals keep you up at night then apply now.
•Do you have experience analyzing work order to estimate employee hours, as well as creating equipment operating schedules?
