Key responsibilities

Supervise direct reports in the Materials department and oversee the scheduling and MCO activities for all departments in Owen.

Qualifications and skills

• A solid understanding of Supply Chain Theory coupled with hands on inventory/materials planning/scheduling experience. 
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems is essential; SAP experience is a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that exemplify professionalism in both internal and external environments and enables effective ways of working with people from different functions and levels;
• Motivated with a drive to succeed in a demanding and challenging working environment;
• Excellent problem solver with the ability to tackle complex issues and work to tight deadlines to achieve desired outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in a related field preferred
• 1-3 years experience in a Supply Chain or supervision role
