Key responsibilities
Supervise direct reports in the Materials department and oversee the scheduling and MCO activities for all departments in Owen.
Qualifications and skills
- A solid understanding of Supply Chain Theory coupled with hands on inventory/materials planning/scheduling experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems is essential; SAP experience is a definite advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that exemplify professionalism in both internal and external environments and enables effective ways of working with people from different functions and levels;
- Motivated with a drive to succeed in a demanding and challenging working environment;
- Excellent problem solver with the ability to tackle complex issues and work to tight deadlines to achieve desired outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in a related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience in a Supply Chain or supervision role
