About the role

As a member of a large transport planning team, you will work with our factories in Europe and with clients in Europe and other countries.

Very good English language skills and the ability to work under time pressure are essential to excel in this role. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months.

Key responsibilities

Organizing outbound transport for road/ sea shipments for Kerry’s factories in Europe
Creating deliveries/ shipments/ shipment costs in SAP
Daily monitoring of dispatches
Daily contact with forwarders, warehouse, Production Planning Dept, QC Dept;
Rreparation of documents (invoice, packing list, CMR , other export documents)
Raising logistics complaints
Checking correctness of master data in SAP (routes, incoterms, shipping conditions, sales order types)
Cooperation with sales departments
Solving transport issues

Qualifications and skills

Previous experience in logistics / shipping / export function min 1 year
English knowledge on intermediate or advance level in speaking and writing
Fluent Polish
SAP knowledge preferable in SAP
Higher education
Good working knowledge of MsOffice application skills.
Knowledge of export law preferable
Excellent communication skills
Good organization of work
Ability to work under time pressure
