About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director for Central Europe, Senior Marketing Executive - Eastern Europe role involves working with some of well-known customers operating across Eastern Europe - mainly in Poland - and their consumer brands.. It requires an open, curious and creative mind with skills in market research, consumer insight, storytelling, B2B communications and project management.

What will you be doing?

  • Regularly engaging face-to-face with Target Customers operating in food and beverage industry and retail consumer goods across Eastern Europe territory, delivering clear, differentiated, and meaningful value to Customers, ensuring Kerry’s value propositions, marketing initiatives and campaigns are properly tailored to the local market needs & expectations, fit for purpose and properly communicated.
  • Contributing to building the business opportunities pipeline by bringing to the market insights-based concepts answering best to the local consumer needs and preferences, mapping and filling the local gaps enabling for the company sustainable & profitable growth in line with the strategic directions
  • Facilitating the sharing of knowledge, insight, success stories and other information across the sales and marketing teams within the region and other regional teams
  • Supporting to building and strengthening the Kerry brand and reputation in the Eastern Europe territory through execution of regional marketing activation campaigns and local communication initiatives (in that supporting organizing local trade shows, seminars, adverts in local media)

What do you need to be successful?

These include:

  • Sales, NPD or marketing support experience, min 3 years in B2B/B2C FMCG environment in internationally operating matrix company
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills – Polish and English languages at advanced level
  • Ability to work remotely efficiently within a team, within a matrix structure and independently.
  • Having a strong sense of ownership and dedication to assigned projects and Target Customers.
  • Very good organization, self-discipline and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp and leverage new ideas, technologies, markets, tools and ways of working.
  • Travel requirements:  Up to 30% of time. Face-to-face meetings are desired, unless otherwise required by the customer, whether at Customer or Kerry location, or other venue. and most important
