Job Responsibilities

•    Continually and pro-actively partner with sales leaders and various levels of stakeholders to help drive collaborative innovation, solutions for our customers, and the advancement of projects. 
•    Oversee design of experiments for product development and technology assessments.
•    Provide support to customer manufacturing plants in processing our ingredients
•    Develop and execute technical projects with customers. Meet deadlines to close the sale quickly.
•    Collaboratively develop business cases for technical innovation. 
•    Remain connected to academic, research, conferences, and learning opportunities to increase knowledge. Continually apply this knowledge both internally and externally to drive cutting edge solutions for our customers 
•    Take a strong leadership position to ensure there is a collaborative effort in developing a sustainable pipeline of growth 
•    Develop strong relationships with all functions, in order to execute projects and drive the technology forward

Minimum Qualifications


•    Bachelor's degree in Science/Biology, or equivalent 
•    1+ years’ experience Previous process engineering assignments in organic chemical synthesis
•    2+ years’ experience Process development methodologies, PFD and P&ID development, basics of control philosophies

 

Preferred Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g. science, microbiology, food science, industrial hygiene, chemistry, biology) from an accredited university
•    Good Analytical and decision-making skills
•    Able to understand and apply higher level of mathematics
•    Effective written and oral communication
