Niagara Falls, NY location produces organic salts, including propionates and acetates, serving Pharmaceutical, Food, Feed and Technical Industries.  With this long-standing and fully automated manufacturing site, Kerry offers world class quality products to a global market.  Our products fill vital needs in a broad range of applications that are essential to everyday life including food preservation, antibiotic formulation, dialysis treatment, energy production and more.

Day Shift/8AM-4:30PM

 

The typical hiring range for this role is $36.21-$40.06 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

Performing services to property and equipment as prescribed to maintain the plant.

  • Maintenance of Electrical power distribution system
  • Maintenance of instrumentation and control systems
  • Electrical repairs to equipment
  • Building service and repairs
  • Housekeeping
  • Analyze problems and troubleshoot equipment to effect resolution
  • May be required to move or lift 50lbs.

 

Qualifications and skills

There are a few requirements you will need to be safe and successful in this job.

 

  • Education: High school or equivalent

 

  • Required Knowledge:  Electrical theory, motor control and wiring, PID Loop & instrumentation Basics, Basic understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting components, Ability to read Electrical Drawings, Understands NEC codes, Troubleshooting ability

 

  • Experience Needed:  Journeyman Electrician or equivalent.
