Site Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Site Administrator to join the Kerry Dairy team in Newmarket. This is a Fixed Term Role covering Maternity leave.

Reporting into the Site Manager you will provide administrative support to site operations, including payroll reporting, filing, data entry and document management.

This is a busy and varied role where you will work collaboratively with several teams and stakeholders on a daily basis.

Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm on a Fixed Term basis.

What will I be doing?

  • Respond to telephone, e-mail and front office enquires from employees, drivers and other stakeholders providing information and assistance as required
  • Responsibility for the warehousing and logistics function and ensure optimised operation
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Administration of employee hours in preparation for payroll function 
  • Key contact acting as support to staff with payroll related queries whilst interacting with payroll
  • Training and support for staff with online payslip system
  • Event planning and ensuring refreshments are organised for customer visits 
  • Championing communications via the communications screen, posters and initiatives
  • Raising purchase orders and GRNS for the site into Coupa
  • Provide general support to the site team as required and act as a back up support for Customer Care 

What do I need to be successful?

These include:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with drivers and visitors in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Willingness to be hands on and open to learning with multiple software systems.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
