About the Role

 

The QA Graduates primary focus is to deliver the specific task assignments and short term projects within Quality functions in supporting quality organization to achieve company goals and targets. The selected candidates need to have high mobility and able to relocate across SEA sites during the assignment.  

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Assist QA Managers to deliver special projects through data collection and line observations such as:

  • Project Zero (Zero foreign material contamination) - Raw Materials Risk Assessment - Work with Continuous Improvement Manager for SEA to reduce complaints for site.
  • Commercialization QA approval process and review QA real time shelf life study (with product categories defined)
  • Line Monitoring, data collection and defined procedures for the new line startup.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of the Quality Systems within the food manufacturing environment.
  • Conduct and report on food safety and quality inspections as required to ensure relevant standards are maintained at all times.
  • Suggest and implement definite improvement steps to enhance quality and food safety on the production floor and productivity of the QC laboratory.
  • Ensure lab and QA  documentation and records are maintained properly and updated in a timely manner. Deliverables and 

 

Person Specification

 

We are looking for promising young graduates that demonstrate the following attributes to succeed in Kerry:  

  • Minimum second upper honours or its equivalent in Science/Food Technology or related specialization
  • Fresh Graduate or with less than 1 year working experience who is able to demonstrate a keen interest in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
  • Active involvement in co-curricular activities
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • High level of motivation and initiative, results oriented
  • Flexible and high in mobility (willing to be relocate based on business needs)
  • Fast learner and able to adapt in manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast changing manufacturing environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components
