We currently have an opportunity for the role of Website Operations (WebOps) Business Analyst. In Kerry we are striving to ensure we have a strong infrastructure in place to securely support our corporate and brand websites.


The WebOps team are responsible for supporting this infrastructure and for managing a complex matrix of Stakeholders to ensure our sites meet the required security, GDPR and hosting standards. The WebOps BA will report to the Content Management Systems (CMS) Manager and will work with business and technical leads to achieve and maintain these standards. The team consists of Ireland-based business and technical leads as well as offshore Application Maintenance leads. The BA will work closely with these groups as well as Kerry’s Digital Marketing, Information Security, Data Protection and Infrastructure teams. They will also build a close relationship with business representatives and agencies who provide day-to-day management of Kerry’s websites. 



  • Analysis of company websites to identify any gaps in security or GDPR standards 
  • Guide technical and business leads on how best to remediate any identified gaps in standards 
  • Development and maintenance of clear project tracking, functional and business-facing documentation 
  • Act as a bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources 
  • Educate the business on the importance of adherence to standards and assist them in bridging any gaps
  • Support the business in launching new websites 
  • Liaise with offshore Application Maintenance and Development Resource teams 


Job Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Degree in ICT, Business or other related discipline 
  • 2+ Years post graduate experience as a Business Analyst or related role 
  • Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level 
  • Experience with SiteCore, Wordpress and other CMS technologies is desired but not required 
  • Project Management qualification desired but not required 
  • Basic skills in HTML and CSS desired but not required 
  • This job will be based in Kerry’s Naas Corporate ICT Building but may require occasional travel
