About the role


Location:  Based in Naas, Co. Kildare or Burton, Staffordshire 


Our high performing (and award winning!!) Talent Acquisition team have an opportunity for a Volume Recruiter to join the team, supporting the whole team and playing a key role in hourly recruitment across all our Kerry Businesses in our sites in Northern and Republic of Ireland.


This is a varied role with plenty of candidate and business contact, working with the TA Leads and HR Business Partners on strategic workforce planning, developing the process for and filling high volume operative level roles. This role also affords the successful candidate the opportunity to also work on value add resourcing projects for our team to continue getting our Kerry employer brand well known in the market as well as critical projects with the wider HR function.


We’re looking for an individual that loves a challenge, loves food and who loves working in a really fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role:


Partner and nurture close working relationships with people mangers within manufacturing / operations sites to support all internal and external hourly paid recruitment activity .

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Business Partners to ensure business understanding and strategy are both integrated and aligned to the external recruitment approach.

Work closely with the sites to deliver direct recruitment activity, working closely with the HR Hub teams and HR Shared Service Centre to ensure our candidates have a great onboarding experience.

For this role we are ideally looking for you to have had previous experience within a fast paced Resourcing / Talent Acquisition role, either within in-house or agency. You should have the ability to take ownership of and manage high volume recruitment at great pace.

Highly organised and with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience, you will also enjoy getting involved with some of the project activity within our Talent Acquisition team.  You should have drive and determination and a continuous improvement mindset.

Any knowledge of using social media within a recruitment role or experience of managing high volume campaigns previously would be a distinct advantage.


It goes without saying that strong interpersonal and relationship building skills go a long way in our business so you'll need to demonstrate this through our process. If you've got experience in an FMCG or manufacturing business - great - but you have to have a demonstrable track record in adding real value through resourcing initiatives and be a real team player.
