The Supply Chain Manager - Global Processes plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of global supply chain functions within the organization. This position is strategically positioned to interface with cross-functional teams, including Research, Development & Application (RD&A), Commercial, Procurement, and Finance, across various regions and sites. Key responsibilities

 

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

 

  • Set and own the S&OP, Demand, Supply strategy and performance to drive value generation, process robustness, efficiency, and effectiveness for Kerry.
  • Build a high performing team of Demand and Supply planning, and S&OP experts that are capable of driving process adherence and leading process improvements across the Kerry business.
  • Provide regional teams with the subject matter expertise, best practices, standard methods, tools, and technology to run effective S&OP governance forums.
  • Build strong senior relationships with Kerry-wide stakeholder groups to continuously improve the S&OP process.
  • Accountable for ensuring the relevance of S&OP reporting to business needs, to provide insights to senior stakeholders in a consumable and visual manner.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including RD&A, Commercial, Procurement and Finance functions to enhance the S&OP Process.
  • Set the global strategy for TPM, 3PL, BCP and Risk Management, in conjunction with Global and Regional VPs.
  • Global TPM & 3 PL leadership – ensuring compliance through establishing and evaluating against clearly understood legal and compliance risk controls.
  • Collaborate with internal risk management and internal audit teams to ensure compliance and engagement from our regional teams.
  • Overall accountability for ensuring third party providers adhere to globally defined engagement standards, ultimately accountable for 3rd party risks and mitigations.
  • Support our wider IO teams to create robust BCPs for high-priority sites.
  • Engaging with internal and external expertise as required to develop Kerry’s overall capability in all areas (including knowledge build and training for stakeholders and business owners).
  • Lead the 1KPS Supply Chain steerco, engaging with functional SMEs, cross functional counterparts, and program management to ensure that Supply Chain processes and playbooks are up to date, consistent and effective.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability and work with the supply chain digital lead and ICT to develop tools for tracking progress toward our 2030 goals.

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Solid mix of strategic and operational supply chain experience at a leadership level within best practice organizations, ideally on a global basis and with Food & Beverage knowledge.
  • Demonstrable evidence of having successfully developed and executed against multi-year, multi-country supply chain strategy.
  • Track record of being able to identify and drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives to develop a customer focused, best practice function.
  • Clear customer focus with specific evidence to suggest the ability to build strong relationships based on trust and inspires confidence in customers.
  • Strong evidence to demonstrate talent management within a global organization and development of high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills required with the ability to be a role model/ambassador for the function to the wider organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management and exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills to be able work across all levels within an organization.
  • A change agent. Energized by making a difference and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Global outlook.
  • Executive presence: demonstrates gravitas, credibility and wins trust.
