We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Global Customer Supply Chain Team as a Supply Chain Lead.

This role will play a key part within the central Supply Chain function based at Naas, Ireland, in our Global Technology Centre.
The role is key to the development, continuous improvement and tactical plans of the supply chain function for Kerry Europe. This role will work cross functionally to develop and execute against a best-in-class process whilst working directly with the UK&I/Global commercial teams whilst aligned to our manufacturing clusters and technologies.
This role is 3 days per week in our Naas office.

What you'll be doing
- Relationship Management: Maintain professional, timely and effective communication with both our internal and external customers. Manage the customer relationship working closely with the relevant functions and commercial teams. Propose improvements to improve the customer experience and provide service excellence to support business growth.
- Providing Governance: Ensuring that customer decisions are made by the right stakeholders and with the correct timing, based on the right information and all internal stakeholders are involved in the process and aware of their requirements. The governance aspect can also include chairing cross functional forums, meetings and reviews. Developing project and program structures and ensuring appropriate accountability. New product launches & Promotion management
- Reporting & delivery support: Providing relevant and accurate information to the customer and internal teams; including reporting on agreed KPI’s and utilize scorecards as a mechanism to track our performance across the middle office for an agreed number of strategic growth customers.
- Service Excellence: For key strategic accounts, provide additional focus and support, effective communication and decision-making to drive the reinforcement of the long term partnership and service excellence to these customers. Monitor recurrence of customer issues as well as driving the collation of root cause and corrective actions (RCCA) and oversight of actions taken to improve service for these customers while managing customer expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Acting as a point of coordination in driving operational excellence through creating sustainable plans and actions through RCA templates and best practices
- Centralized Tracking: Acting as a coordinating point to manage documentation, track project history and sustain organizational knowledge sharing through holding functional areas accountable and collating content as necessary.
What you can bring to the role
- Ideally, qualified to degree level. A relevant supply chain qualification is also desirable.
- Previous experience within supply chain, ideally within the food manufacturing industry. Industry Specific experience.
- A subject matter expert with in-depth of knowledge of the manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- SAP experience highly desirable.
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in an FMCG environment.
- Proficient Microsoft office skills with a key focus on power point and excel.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to gather, present and analyse complex business data.
- Capable to react and manage to changing business requirements.
