About The Role

 

 

We are looking for a Reward Analyst to join our team and be an integral member of our Reward Centre of Expertise (COE). The successful candidate will be part of a global team leading out on best-in-class global reward solutions.  

 

The primary focus and remit of the Reward Analyst will relate to OurShare, Kerry’s first All Employee Share Plan (ESPP), and specifically to support the increasing demand of Business-As-Usual Phase of OurShare operation and act as a key player in the further implementation and deployment of OurShare in 2024 and 2025. 

 

 

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.

What will I be doing?

 

  • Collaborating with Regional teams on the global rollout of ESPP (Employee Share Purchase Plan)
  • Assisting with the day-to-day administration of the company's Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Coordinating ESPP annual enrolment, monthly purchase/grant, and annual vesting
  • Assisting with share plan related queries from Reward, Finance and Payroll and employees
  • Maintaining data on share plan administration platform and share plan records internally.
  • Supporting on share plan reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting and inputting to other global Reward projects and priorities

What do I need to be successful?

These include:

 

  • Strong relevant experience in share plan administration or a related field (compliance, taxation, reward etc).
  • Experience in ESPP operation or other share-based remuneration.
  • Experienced user of share plan administration portals
  • Familiarity with relevant international regulatory requirements and compliance best practices is preferred.
  • Strong excel, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and coordinate inputs and feedback from multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
