About The Role
We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst - Procurement to become a key player in our Global SAP Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in deploying our global template across the world. You will work within the Connected Procurement Portfolio, contributing to the Digital Services Integrated Operations Platforms Team.
Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test and deploy the Connected Procurement solution for Procurement by working closely with other team members and consulting partners.
- Actively own, promote and improve the Connected Procurement technical solution and associated processes for your area.
- Focus on Procure to Pay processes within the Procurement solution landscape, including SAP modules and Coupa application.
- Prepare for and partake in design confirmation on future enhancements to the Global template.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows).
- Generate required configuration rationales and execute the configuration in SAP and Coupa.
- Assist in generation of test scripts, carry out product testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Carry out the relevant activities in site cutover and post-go live support.
- Validate training material developed by the training team.
- Work in other areas of the Programme as required.
- Support standard upgrades to SAP and scheduled release upgrades to Coupa.
- Participate in business engagement activities with our regional ICT teams.
Qualifications & Skills:

These include:
- Degree in ICT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or other related discipline
- Strong senior level experience in a similar role and environment.
- Experience as a senior analyst on an ERP deployment project lifecycle including design, configuration, test, data conversion and implementation of the technical aspects of the solution.
- Expertise in defining, configuring, and building solutions in SAP MM module.
- Demonstrable knowledge of working on complex integration projects within procurement business processes (integration with indirect procurement solutions).
- Coupa experience preferrable but not essential.
- Experience in the preparation and delivery of process design workshops and documents
- Experience in the preparation of functional design documents and test scripts
