About the role

At Kerry, Salesforce is used by our Sales, Marketing, RD&A, Regulatory, Commercial, Supply Chain and Customer Care colleagues across all regions. Salesforce supports key internal and external facing processes. We are currently in the process of migrating our sales cloud to lightning, completing the global rollout of our service cloud, and rapidly deploying and expanding our experience cloud footprint for our customers around the world.

As a Salesforce business analyst at Kerry, you will join our global front office ICT function. You will work with our global teams and customers to continually enhance our Salesforce platform across sales, service and experience clouds, as well as other integrated technologies. You will help shape and deliver the future of Salesforce at Kerry.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and support the global Kerry Salesforce solution comprised of sales cloud, service cloud, associated managed packages and related technologies.
  • Deliver continuous improvements to our customer facing digital platforms using Salesforce experience cloud.
  • Engage with business functions to optimise and digitise key globally aligned business processes.
  • Project manage and support digital initiatives through to our live environment.
  • Build, test, deploy and document configuration across our Salesforce landscape.
  • Work closely with our ICT service delivery and security teams.
  • Support the business with data activities such as analytics, data mining and AI.
  • Build and maintain trusted business relationships with our customers.
  • Provide application support as required for BAU activities.
  • Evaluate new solutions and technologies as they become available and relevant for Kerry.

Qualifications and skills

  • Degree in an ICT or other related discipline
  • Min 2 year experience in a similar role and environment
  • Experience with project management and delivery methodologies and systems
  • Certified Salesforce administrator/developer preferred but not essential
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience and Salesforce Lightning Experience exposure desirable but not essential.
