About The Role


Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, Europe & Russia, the Reward Business Partner will be a consultant and coach to HR Colleagues and business leaders providing deep expertise, thought leadership and best-in-class global reward solutions as required. This role is an integral member of the Reward team as well as the wider HR business partnering community.

This role can be fully remote and we are flexible on candidate location.

Key Responsibilities


  • Partners with the business on the design and development of Reward solutions to address relevant needs in accordance with our Reward Philosophy and People & Organisational Priorities
  • Contributes to the HR \ Reward Strategic Agenda by evaluating and influencing the development of reward programmes that facilitate the delivery and achievement of our People & Organisational Priorities
  • Analyses and develops current rewards programmes to ensure they are market competitive and align with our business strategy, optimising our ability to attract top talent.
  • Partners with the offshore and onshore Global Business Services teams to ensure efficient administration of all transactional Reward activities.
  • Escalation point for all complex programme, policies and process enquiries that enter our Global Business Services
  • Ensure compliance with, and maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations,
  • Fulfil their role in fostering a high-performance team culture

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in compensation and benefits related experience in a multinational organisation
  • Experience with job evaluation/sizing methodologies
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of business partnering and developing \ implementing competitive benefit and compensation programmes.
  • Strong technical skills
  • High degree of proficiency of Microsoft applications particularly Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Project management experience required. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks; to work independently simultaneously on multiple projects according to timelines.
