Key responsibilities

​​​​​​Role Description:

 

As member of a very busy team, you will be managing all technical data of new and existing product formulations and ensuring that accurate and timely information is supplied to the appropriate customers, R&D, manufacturing and commercial teams. You will also assist in procedures relating to certain food safety issues and keeping abreast of forthcoming food-related legislation.

  • To support and maintain ‘best in class service’ legislation service for Kerry customers that reflects business needs and supports group policies
  • Generation of the following (accurately and to tight time scales):
    • Generic Technical Documents
    • Ingredient Declarations
    • Standard Specifications
    • Allergen/Intolerance Data
    • Nutritional Data
    • HARA details
    • Packaging information
    • Key Performance Data
  • Advise on issues impacting the industry and the Kerry business
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers
  • Liaise closely with other internal departments
  • Remain aware of all health and safety issues relevant to the role

Qualifications and skills

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement in food science, chemistry or related discipline
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in SAP and Optiva systems an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in a Language other than English would be an advantage
