About the role

We are recruiting for a RD&A Value Creation Technologist to join us at our Global Technology and Innovation Centre in Naas.

 

This is an exciting time to join Kerry as we continue to grow and develop, this role is exciting and evolving where you can own and lead a project portfolio across all the RD&A applications within the business. This will give the successful candidate exposure across Kerry within the Europe sector with the scope to grow the role into our Global business.

 

You will create value within Raw Material and Product Development and drive this across the business, whilst consulting with other Technologists.

What will I be doing?

• Work with range of stakeholders and complex data to develop and deliver an optimized portfolio of raw materials and finished products.
• Technical implementation of outputs from recipe optimization workshops
• Managing key deliverables in project process flow
• Host regular calls to keep team activities on track according to project timeline
• Facilitate workshops (including sample coordination) with key stakeholders to taste & evaluate key materials, collecting and consolidating feedback.
• Managing key stakeholders and reporting into central project management office
• Develop knowledge on key raw materials; learning about sourcing, quality and typical usage
• Administrative actions using Kerry system for change implementation

What do I need to be successful?

In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a similar role and environment.

 

These include:

• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Competent at learning and using new computer systems (e.g. SAP, Optiva, Excel, Power BI)
• Interest in learning about materials and sourcing
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
