Key responsibilities
  • Management of marketing collateral and the development of print content for customer and industry events
  • Project management of trade shows and events including customer engagements where marketing support is required
  • Coordinate the preparation for important customer meetings at our Global Technology & Innovation Centre and at customer headquarters if required
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects and multiple stakeholders at any given time, with the ability to deliver a high standard of work in tight timeline
  • Marketing, Consumer Insight & Innovation
  • The ability to formulate insight reports and presentations based on data from multiple sources to generate a succinct view of the market is key to this role
  • Build a detailed understanding of consumer trends, market players, industry dynamics and customer challenges across all relevant foodservice channels and EUM’s.
  • Generate customer and consumer insight through the use of Kerry foresight tools, including subscription-based data sources, consumer surveys and panels, direct interviews, sensory research analysis, market immersion, trend analysis, etc.
  • Working alongside commercial and product development teams, you will regularly be required to provide insight and marketing input into concept ideation for specific strategic and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Work with other Kerry marketing teams and designated agencies to prepare industry-leading catalogues, brochures, advertising materials, and content for digital media.
  • Support Kerry’s Global Innovation initiative in sharing and developing insight to inform innovation streams
  • Support the development and execution of our Foodservice Insight Priorities and aligning with in market teams to share ways of working and establishing standard templates which allow them to generate regional reports and insights
  • Support in the development, management and execution of digital communications and lead generation for Kerry Foodservice
  • Build a detailed understanding of our customers including their business strategies, product categories, consumer brands, target consumers, in store operations and ways of working to enable ideation and strategic planning relevant to their brand
  • Communicating market data, consumer insight and general industry information through professional reports, email circulations, newsletters and presentations
  • Regularly attend and present to key customers, with an ability to show an in depth understanding of not only their operating environment, customer base and the trends impacting their category, but also the technologies and solutions Kerry can provide to benefit them
  • Prepare compelling, insight-based presentations to clearly communicate Kerry’s value proposition to selected customers, either directly in person, or for delivery by an account manager.
  • Coordinate the preparation for important customer meetings at our Global Technology & Innovation Centre and at customer headquarters if required. This element of your role will also require you to lead and manage the creation of marketing collateral and branding tools working with external agencies to ensure the correct branding and communication is executed
Qualifications and skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing role
  • Foodservice / food industry experience
  • Marketing Degree or similar discipline
  • Market Insight & Knowledge
  • Demonstrated level of expertise in the fundamentals of Marketing Research / Consumer Insights and data analysis, focusing on internal and external interviews, literature reviews, survey design, pivot tables, etc.
  • Excellent communications skills, and a talent for storing, filling and sharing information with relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong capability in applying quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies, interpreting and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner, including the creation and use of tables, charts, and graphics to summarize results.
  • Experience and creativity in preparing and hosting successful client meetings. Skills include meticulous preparation, asking the right questions, managing deadlines and expectations, etc.
