About the role


We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Specialist to join the Kerry team in Naas, 


This is a Permanent Role.

Key responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain learning content to support system, process and organisational changes
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia developers to create engaging, accurate learning content that achieves measurable outcomes
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of processes and methods used with the ICT User Education Team
  • Collect and analyse feedback on learning interventions and the application of learning in the workplace and take corrective actions as appropriate
  • Deliver end user training as needed, either face-to-face or in a virtual training environment

Qualifications and skills


  • Third level honours degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Multimedia, Education, Communications or related area
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders to build effective, successful relationships
  • Ability to work well as part of a team while seeking opportunities to develop individual skill and coach others
  • An understanding of instructional design methods and a proven ability to create engaging and instructionally sound learning or eLearning in a wide variety of topic areas
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of a wide range of IT office and content creation applications
  • Ability to understand technical content, drawings and processes
  • Experience working with and creating work instructions and process descriptions
  • Flexibility to travel as this is a global role which might involve some international travel



  • Experience in SAP ECC would be beneficial, 
  • Experience on one or more of the following areas would be beneficial: Manufacturing, including Production Execution & Maintenance and the associated approval workflows, Material Requirement Planning, Production Scheduling and Inventory Management
  • CPIM Certification
  • Experience of working across multiple business functions
  • Awareness and understanding of different cultural and learning styles
  • Graphic design, video and audio-editing skills
