About the role


We have an exciting opportunity for a ICT Site Services Analyst to join the Kerry team in Naas, 


This is a Permanent Role.

Key responsibilities


  • Work individually (self-starter) and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities
  • Provide hardware and software support, either remotely or at local level to all Desktop, Laptop PC’s, and printers. Apply appropriate fixes or escalate to management as required.
  • Ability to support users from all levels, able to support users remotely, to up and including the Executive team.
  • Update all user queries through incident logging system with regard to call progression and complete all incidents and tasks in a timely manner based on Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide a helpful and professional service at all times
  • Document and submit new solutions into ICT knowledgebase
  • Responsible for delivery and installation of new ICT hardware and software in line with current processes and procedures
  • Responsible for maintenance and support for Site Infrastructure.
  • Ensure all Desktop and laptops PC’s are patched to the highest available level and all known security risks are remediated. 
  • Liaise with third party vendors for support issues,
  • Participate in onsite support and projects work as required.
  • Upskill in new technologies, procedures and customer service enhancements, as required.

Qualifications and skills


  • Hardware – Windows Desktop and Laptop PC’s, Apple MacBooks, Printers, Mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, Android, Tablets)
  • Communications - Basic LAN support including vLAN knowledge.
  • Operating Systems - Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and MacOS.
  • Software - Anti-virus software, Encryption software, Office 365 suite, SCCM (MECM), Airwatch MDM.
  • Active Directory – Good understanding of AD, user account, groups and permissions.
  • Knowledge of Laboratory systems would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Powershell Scripting.
  • An IT qualification - preferably National Diploma level and a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
