The Role:

 

6 months Contract Role

 

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate HR Data Governance Analyst to join our HR Effectiveness team, within our Kerry Business Service organisation to work on:

 

  • Data maintenance, updates and governance in a range of Success Factors modules but predominantly in Employee Centre and Time Off
  • Data cleansing and ability to effectively audit data
  • Work with large data sets effectively and efficiently
  • Use import practices to manage mass changes to employee data
  • Manage a busy service request queue within agreed SLA's and understand the escalation process
  • Regular review of global processes with an emphasis on driving efficiencies and continuous excellence
  • Actively investigate and resolve interface errors between Success Factors and other legacy modules i.e. SAP and other payroll systems.

Your Profile:

 

  • Degree in Business / HR / IT / Science or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency or Accreditation in Success Factors would be a distinct advantage
  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role working with SAP HCM and/or Success Factors in a large multi-national organisation
  • Excellent attention to detail and passionate about data
  • Process oriented, strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Team player, committed, hardworking and proactive
  • Understanding or HR and/or Rewards would be an advantage
  • Have a Continuous Excellence mindset
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
