The Shared Service operations will work closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and Managers within our operations to provide expert HR advice throughout Kerry Foods. To support with this we are looking for a talented HR Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover contract

So what does the role involve? 

The HR Administrator job role sits within our newly transformed HR function focusing on delivering HR excellence through a highly knowledgable and engaged HR Services team. You will primarily be responsible for all data queries and submissions in relation to HR KPI’s, supporting the HR Services Hub, ensuring data is accurate and up to date and that all employee life cycle processes and fully documented and supported

Your job as Human Resources Administrator will involve:

Undertake all tasks as required to ensure timely and accurate weekly and monthly payroll data submission to the payroll department for processing.

Track and report on HR KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis.

Manage a daily/weekly/monthly regular reporting schedule.

Ensure all HR systems are accurately maintained the information within them is reliable through audit completion.

Assist in dealing with any HR queries where appropriate

Be the point of contact for any adhoc reporting requirements

  • Previous experience of working within a HR department is essential
  • Previous experience of Time and Attendance systems essential
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures and computer-based payroll administration (Kronos ResourceLInk) desirable
  • Strong communication and listening skills with an ability to work in a team environment
  • A delivery focused approach with excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi task with a fluctuating workload
  • Attention to detail
