The role is primarily home-office based, allowing for the convenience and efficiency of working remotely. Occasional onsite visits will be required to the nearest manufacturing plant to ensure alignment with operational needs and team collaboration. Travel is limited, respecting work-life balance, and the position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments and enhance productivity.

What will I be doing?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions.
• Influence strategic decisions that will define Kerry Group’s success.
• Increases the Digital maturity level of the Taste Supply Chain.
• Review adherence to SC standardized business processes in Taste and to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support and/or lead the digital transformation for Taste Supply Chain.
• Analytical support for the Digital / connected Supply Chain projects.
• Act as the intermediary between SC teams and ICT for digital use cases.
• Build and maintain a central repository of SC Taste Dashboards that contain amongst others, Global Capacity (utilization), leading indicators, process adherence, master data compliance, execution compliance.

What do I need in order to be successful?

• Minimal 5 years in an (business) analytical or Supply Chain role.
• BS/MS degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient in core technology applications; SAP, PowerBI, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of business processes and how they are embedded in the various IT systems like SAP.
• Strong Analytical Skills: You’ll need to dissect Supply Chain data, identify patterns, and propose optimization strategies.
• Passion for Technology and Supply Chain Excellence: A genuine interest in leveraging digital solutions to enhance Supply Chain processes.
• Adaptability: Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential.
