About the role
Here at Kerry, we're recruiting for an exciting Learning Partner position (within our ICT function) based at our centre of excellence and innovation in Naas (with hybrid working opportunities).
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding functional specific needs, designing and developing learning solutions and supporting delivery of learning events as appropriate, leading to a positive impact on business outcomes and the achievement of business priorities. Ensures that all learning solutions enhance Functional skills & capabilities and facilitate organisational growth to underpin people development as an enabler of the business strategy. Consults and influences across all levels of leadership within Functional stakeholder groups to ensure continued alignment with and contribution to the achievement of business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
You will ideally posses experience of learning practices within the ICT function however, we would still like to hear from you if you have experience within another learning function!.
We are looking for a candidate who can be agile in relation to projects and requirements. Learning modules will be delivered via virtual and face to face methods so the successful candidate must feel confident in delivering training via both means alongside, being able to understand the needs of the business to develop relevant, impactful and engaging material.
You will build strong Functional relationships with relevant HR Business Partners & Change Leads by engaging, communicating and influencing across all levels of leadership
• Leads learning needs analysis activities for ICT, in partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Leads and Functional leads, to determine the scale and scope of skills & capability needed to drive the business strategy
• Leads design and development activities to meet learning and performance needs, in partnership with Functional Subject Matter Experts, Learning colleagues and where relevant third-party partners
• Evaluates the effectiveness of learning solutions in achieving capability development, performance improvement and overall contribution to business impact and value, using recognised learning evaluation models
• Researches and identifies external learning and development trends, technologies, methodologies and ways of working which are appropriate and relevant to Kerry, and acts as an early adopter of these where appropriate
• Governs overall functional spend on learning and development and implements good governance and budget management over this spend
• Actively governs the performance of current vendors and leads the RFP process when selecting new vendors to design, develop and/or deliver learning solutions
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy, or a related field. Courses / certification in training is a plus.
- Food and Beverage / experience in learning programme development, needs assessment
- IC role / having engaged and influenced senior management and leader stakeholder groups
