About The Role

 

With a primary focus on Early Careers, this role will also be responsible for identifying, engaging and developing both our future and supporting initiatives to develop top talent across our Europe region.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful end to end management of all Early Career programmes for graduates, interns, and apprentices, as well as providing critical support for other key talent populations and programmes, as applicable. As such the role will encompass elements of talent attraction, talent acquisition, talent development and more general talent management activities.

 

 

We can offer this role on a hybrid office / home working basis, and we are flexible on candidate location across Europe. There will be some travel involved with this role.

 

 

Talent Attraction & Talent Development

  • Responsible for executing the regional Early Careers attraction strategy (e.g. identifying target universities, building key partnerships)
  • Accountable for the regional campus recruitment program, including careers fairs.
  • Responsible for execution of Early Careers programs, ensuring a consistent experience in region aligned to the global EC program aims.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for senior business leaders and HR partners across the region for Early Careers

Talent Acquisition

  • Accountable for delivery of the global recruitment and selection processes for Early Careers Talent in region, ensuring demand plans and diversity KPI’s are achieved.
  • Partner with Global HR Shared Services teams responsible for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development and ensure their service delivery KPI’s are met and delivered to a high standard for the Region. 

Talent Management

Early Careers

  • Ensuring the ongoing engagement, retention and progression or graduates within the Region
  • Execute a Talent calibration process for year 2 graduates.
  • Execute an offboarding process for graduates completing the programme.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and HR Shared Services to manage the smooth execution of graduate rotations, strategic projects and other employee engagement related activities.

Women in Leadership

  • Participant identification
  • Participant and Line Manager briefings
  • Co-curation of content with Ashridge Hult Business School
  • To assimilate participant feedback to ensure the programme remains relevant and fit for purpose.
  • To be the primary point of contact for all participants & support their individual requirements.
  • To prepare the annual proposal & costs for each cohort for the Europe CEO and President and HRVP to approve
  • To manage ongoing communications with the group & support them post the programme close
  • For both programmes, to liase with GBS to ensure all modules are well coordinated and planned, from location to meals, transport and accommodation.

Talent @ Kerry

  • Managing the LI360 process in conjunction with GBS Talent team
  • Ensuring Talent@kerry participants have SMART development plans in place
  • Ad hoc support on projects and meetings including strategic workforce planning, talent market mapping and HR Talent connects.
  • Support Talent & DIB Director with the annual Career and Talent review process in region, including tracking/reporting of Talent calibration completion during review period.

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Strong relevant experience in the area of talent attraction and development/ talent management.
  • Stakeholder and vendor management experience
  • Ability to quickly gain credibility with leaders.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including digital and social media engagement.
  • Understanding of graduate recruitment and early careers market practices across Europe including agility and willingness to upskill understanding of the campus landscape across the Europe region.
  • Thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where change is constant, and processes can be quite dynamic and fluid to meet customer needs.
