About the role

One of the key objectives of the Chief Commercial Organisation is to improve Customer Experience (CX) , the first step is to understand customer journey(s) and pain points when dealing with us. Thus, together with a group of customers and colleagues around the world we have co-designed the future CX and identified what capabilities including digital enablement need to be in place to deliver great CX. The transformation roadmap is both ambitious and very exciting as we are building for the future, and will be enabling our Vision: ‘‘Our customers’ most valued partner, creating a world of sustainable nutrition”

Ideal candidates for this role will use their passion, resilience and project management expertise to deliver on projects related to improving Customer experience & Digital enablement, using both traditional waterfall and agile project delivery to meet our ambition in the digital space. 

Reporting to the Programme Director you will be working alongside a team of other highly skilled individuals, to support the initiation, tracking and delivery of all projects within the programme.

Key responsibilities

•    Manage and co-ordinate at global level the projects on CX transformation and Digital enablement. 
o    Carry out day to day project management for the delivery of initiatives to planned timelines, cost and benefits; ensuring the Wave and complementary project management tools are up to date and these enable communication at different stakeholders’ level.
o    Develop detailed project plan(s) and mobilise resources. 
o    Identify project risks and issues, ensure mitigating actions are implemented. 
o    Work with the IO and change lead in developing their Change management plan. 
o    Interpret information (i.e. programme updates, process refinement, capability upskill) to effectively translate this to business leaders.
•    Stakeholder management and building and maintaining effective relationships with CXI studio,  project managers and initiative owners to support them to deliver their initiatives. 
o    Engage key stakeholders across the region to successfully navigate through the critical business changes & understand challenges that may arise.
•    Represent the Commercial workstream in corresponding forums as required demonstrating progress to date, coordinating actions and next steps to mitigate programme risk. 

Qualifications and skills

•    Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field (or equivalent experience)
•    Project management qualification, agile methodology desirable.
•    A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the delivery of a broad range of projects including digital (portals, automation enablement) preferably in the Commercial sector. 
•    Previous experience in Programme management, delivering change, transition and embedding on new models.
•    Strong communicator and influencer at every level with ability to bring all stakeholders along the journey.
