About the role

 

The Customer Care Specialist acts as the key contact between the customer and Kerry, at all times responsive to our customer's requirements, managing customer expectations and delivering a consistent service to enhance the customer experience.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience for our customers, through effective and concise communication and consistent service management
  • Responsible for all aspects of account administration, customer requests and internal coordination with partner functions
  • Manage the customer order process in line with agreed processes and service levels
  • Resolve service issues by clarifying the customer's requirements; determining the root cause; communicate solutions and provide resolution to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and proactive communication
  • Identify and highlight operational issues and utilise knowledge and skills to offer solutions
  • Recommend potential enhancements to our service and processes to make it easier and more valuable for our customers to do business with Kerry
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, customers, processes and the market place
  • Develop strong relationships at a cross enterprise level, partner across all internal functions with a customer-focused mindset
  • Support our commercial team to deliver the strategic growth priorities of the business
  • Remain fully flexible to meet changing business requirements and demands

 

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Native / fluent level of verbal & written German
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of related experience in a similar position with an administration focus and excellent customer service skills
  • Third level qualification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation
  • The ability to integrate and work effectively with others in a changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High level of attention to detail, strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and administrative skills
