About the role

As part of a centralised  team, the Commercialisation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all data requirements  through the commercialisation process are captured, routed, tracked and updated within the appropriate systems as effectively and efficiently as possible.  As a result, a consistent internal process is utilised, which drives optimal efficiency, improved data integrity and consequently enhanced customer outcomes i.e. delivering against ‘right first time’, accuracy and speed requirements.   The role holder will support multiple stakeholder inputs and points of engagement throughout the process. This role may support multiple technologies, sites and markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Commercialisation Process including SKU creation in all Kerry systems
  • Create project plans for key, complex product launches
  • Coordinate all steps with cross functional team throughout the process: RD&A, Finished Goods & Labels Regulatory, Commercial Team/Customers, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, QC, Procurement, Customer Care, Export, Third party suppliers
  • Coordinate handover call with cross functional teams and ensure data is captured in agreed upon manner
  • Lead weekly NPI calls with Manufacturing sites
  • Manage end-to-end translations and pre-printed artwork process where applicable
  • Produce systematic reports measuring all SLAs within the process
  • Achieve all performance measures in the delivery of effective commercialisation process
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvements
  • Project Management for multi-product and cross-technology launches and other projects as assigned.
Qualifications and skills
  • Demonstrable leadership capability with experience in driving change and achieving results through direct and indirect management of others
  • Highly effective project management skills
  • Strong team ethos; significant experience working cross functionally within an organisation and ability to navigate & influence at multiple levels of the organisation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept in presenting detailed data effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills and focus on data integrity
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with strong focus on rigorous execution and results; proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong systems & technical platform proficiency (ideally experience in systems such as SAP, Optiva, MDM, SFDC along with advanced MS Office capabilities)
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities

  • Deadline oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Preferably  have a third level degree in a related field or project management certification
