The Role:

 

Leading the implementation of growth strategies for Taste technologies into the Emerging Market region for Europe. Working with regional commercial teams to identify opportunities for growth in line with agreed growth strategies and leveraging the Global Taste portfolio to capture growth in the region.

 

  • Drive performance of the Savoury portfolio in region through customer differentiation and margin, leverage the breadth and depth to build value and drive market growth in line with growth strategies within the region
  • Partner with specific EUM leads to develop knowledge and understanding of how the technology portfolio can be leveraged, and its value, and to build related objectives and opportunities into EUM strategies
  • Drive product and portfolio sales with customers by partnering with specific EUM leads and regional Sales teams as required, providing expertise for technical sales processes requiring significant change for customers
  • Support EUM leads in developing the opportunity pipeline through performing regular reviews to advise communications on where Taste technologies can be applied in ‘Systems’ sales and conduct relevant Technology approvals.
  • Work with the Global Product Managers to take the global portfolio and make it relevant to the growth strategies in place for the Region.
  • Take key insights and learnings and feed these back into Collection regionally and globally to share specific product learnings.
Your Profile:

 

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry
  • Experience within Taste technologies within a business development environment is desirable
  • Savoury taste and flavours technological markets knowledge in Europe and Russia
  • 5+ years in a similar role 
  • Experience with exposure to Senior Leadership
  • Experience working in a Global / Regional leadership team in a matrixed organisation
  • Postgraduate / Masters Qualification desirable.
