About The Role

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Services Analyst to join the Kerry Digital Services team in Naas.

 

Curious how Kerry Group prices thousands of products swiftly and precisely? Join our Digital Services as a Digital Services Analyst in the PMM team. As our business evolves, so do our digital solutions. You'll work on system improvements for top-tier pricing solutions, emphasizing system integration, user experience, and detailed costing logic.

 

You will get experience with SAP and Vendavo systems, as well as learn about integration with other platforms like Salesforce, Optiva, and Beacon. You’ll join a team of 2-3 pricing Digital Services analysts who report to the PMM solution manager. 

 

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.

 

Please Note: This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.

What will I be doing?

 

  • Configure pricing within the SAP Sales & Distribution module, including pricing procedures, custom configurations, access sequences, and condition types.
  • Manage pricing requirements through routines and calculation types.
  • Administer rebate, commission, surcharge, and discount configurations in SAP.
  • Coordinate and configure interfaces between SAP and third-party pricing systems to ensure seamless day-to-day pricing operations.
  • Resolve pricing configuration issues, comprehend business needs, and implement necessary functional and configuration changes.
  • Write and review functional design documents, translating business requirements into detailed specifications.
  • Work with Vendavo and offshore teams to investigate issues, test, and implement appropriate fixes.

What do I need to be successful?

These include:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong relevant experience in SAP technical roles, such as configuration, development, testing, or support.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP business processes and best practices, especially in the areas of pricing, product costing, sales and distribution, finance, or customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in SAP tools and technologies, such as SPRO, ABAP, BAPI, RFC, IDOC, LSMW, BDC, SAP Script, Smart Forms, or Fiori.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, both functional and technical, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users, stakeholders, and vendors across different levels and functions.
