About the role

Reporting to the Foodservice Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of Foodservice brand marketing team, responsible for the brand management & strategic growth of our drive brands (DaVinci & Island Oasis). The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for brands. A close working relationship alongside colleagues for all areas of the business, sales, consumer insights and RD&A to achieve stretching targets is necessary.

Key responsibilities

  • Management and leadership of brand activities across the EMEA region.
  • Deliver commercial budget targets and maximise brand profitability
  • Working collaboratively with R&D to land key renovation, and innovation projects.
  • Work closely with supply chain and regulation team for rollout of new packaging.
  • Support the building of an innovation horizon map including ownership of new platforms, channel extension and renovation projects from concept through to post-launch review.
  • Responsible for the development and management of the brand across established markets in EMEA, supporting growth into new channels in Foodservice market.
  • Support development three-year brand strategy including innovation pipeline, with a calendar of 18-month market winning initiatives to declare clear brand communication
  • Research and analyse new markets, channels and target customers for the brand.
  • Landing packaging redesigns in market 2019.
  • Support the sales team to ensure all the go to market plans are in place for the successful execution of brand plans in core markets.
  • Work with external agencies to provide all necessary Brand information in the development of communication tools, PR campaigns, trade events and customer marketing material.
  • Play a proactive role in the shaping of our marketing team culture and support the development of the wider marketing team.
  • Marketing admin, including budget management, raising pos, organising samples and sales analysis.

Qualifications and skills

  • Marketing or marketing related degree
  • 4+ year brand experience essential, with a proven track record of delivery
  • Food & Beverage experience preferred
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong Written and verbal communication
  • Good collaborator
  • Demonstrate a clear passion for brands
  • Ability to work as part of cross functional project team
  • Show drive and determination 
  • Experience in European roles preferred
  • European travel required
  • French & Spanish language desirable
