Description & Responsibilities:

 

As a Human Resources Graduate, you will participate in a wide range of business activities and support a broad network of senior HR stakeholders. Tasks and responsibilities will vary depending on your specific HR role. For example, your role may include the following:

 

Employee Lifecycle

 

•    Process HR and payroll related transactions within the agreed SLA delivery timescales, in particular: leavers and transfers, contractual changes, line manager changes, HR support requests, global mobility processes and employee relations administrative support
 
Talent Acquisition

 

•    Support 360 recruitment lifecycles. Tasks may include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries

 

Learning & Development 

 

•    Support the HR partner and the Kerry Learning Academy on the development of relevant training initiatives and the coordination of training events

 

Induction & Onboarding


•    Participate in the corporate induction programme 
•    Create end-to-end onboarding plans in conjunction with hiring managers and project managers to support new joiners

 

Performance Management

 

•    Train managers and employees on Kerry’s Performance Management lifecycle and subsequent follow up activities

 

Desirable Attributes:

 
•    Minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
•    Eligibility to work in the EU without visa restrictions
•    Previous H.R experience is advantageous
•    Fluency in a second European language is beneficial
•    Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
•    Willingness to travel or relocate across the global Kerry organisation is a key requirement
•    Ability to work with cross-functional teams at various levels within the organization
•    Capable of working alone on a broad variety of projects
