About the Role:
  • Business development across a range of Kerry technologies going into food retail customers Relationship management with Key stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Menu Management) in Key Accounts.
  • Lead cross functional teams to support selling initiatives with Key Accounts
  • Managing the complete sales cycle & delivering on sales & margin targets
  • Lead cross functional teams to support selling initiatives with Key Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
  • Well respected with strong relationships with the large local and MNC food retail companies.
  • Have an understanding of the food ingredients business.
  • Have technical knowledge of the various food products.
  • A driven self-starter with the ability to create customer solutions &  engender trust and respect with customers.
  • Above average presentation skills.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Strong interest in all things food with familiarity with the preparation of food applications.
  • Very intuitive and have the proven ability to manage projects.
  • Ability to work to high ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or business related field.
  • MBA- added advantage.
  • 8 - 10 years ’relevant  experience.
