About the role

We are looking for a motivated RD&A Technologist to join our team in Mozzo. The successful candidate will support the development and application of B2B ingredients through project-based work, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organisational skills, hands-on involvement in product development, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

Support the development, testing, and application of B2B ingredients in various food systems
Manage and contribute to RD&A projects from concept to implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
Conduct trials, collect data, and analyze results to support formulation decisions
Maintain lab organisation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications and skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar RD&A or food development role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
Previous experience in foodservice/restaurant environments is a plus
Participation in Erasmus or international programs is positively valued
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Italian and English at a fluent level
