About the role

Work Location: Malaysia / Philippines

To work in partnership with Kerry Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team to provide regulatory information in a fast, accurate, consistent, and efficient manner while engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support the business.

Key responsibilities

Achieve budgeted targets while maximizing Kerry’s profitability in the assigned food service key accounts across Southeast Asia.
Focus on developing new business across SEA Chains with focus on taste and beverage.
Be Kerry’s food service expert in your market and capable of sharing trends and market insight both internally and externally
Identify and deliver a portfolio of quality growth projects
Work closely with marketing and Supply Chain
Ensure the consistency and growth of Kerry’s existing business within the assigned region
Develop strong, strategic relationships within the customers’ organization
Recommend and implement sound, sustainable business pricing decisions
Learn and proactively apply Kerry’s “Insight Sales” methodology
Uphold utmost compliance to Kerry’s processes, systems, and tools

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Management within QSR Food Service industry or Food Service distribution.
Ability to travel locally and internationally for business.
Good knowledge and hands on experience in basic forecasting.
Proficiency in speaking and writing in Tagalog is required.
