About the role
Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a Production Analyst to join the Kerry Dairy team in Listowel on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Plant Performance Reporting Accountant, you will work in a dynamic team to manage production orders and support the Production team on product costings to ensure reports are correct.
This role is a hybrid working role where you will typically spend 3 days in the office and 2 remotely.
What will I be doing?
- Key responsibility will lie with closing and settling of Production Orders and investigating all variances within the settlement.
- Work with operations to reduce errors in the production order process and be an advocate for Continuous Improvement.
- Responsible for general stock clerk duties, including reconciliation of stock costs and product costings.
- Accountable for the execution of production statistics to be presented to the Production Management Team at the weekly Stats meetings.
- Assist with month end close procedures.
What do I need to be successful?

- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- Excellent written, numerical and verbal skills.
- A demonstrated numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
