We are on the lookout for a FSQ & HSE Clerical Administrator to join our Taste & Ingredients site in Listowel.
This role will provide clerical & administration support to the FSQ and HSE functions (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment).

What you'll be doing
- Maintenance of information in relevant files.
- Generation of periodic reports, KPIs & Statistics as required.
- Communication with external parties & customers as required.
- Completion of product specification reviews as required.
- Maintenance of updated information on relevant site & databases.
- Analysis of data & generate investigative reports as required.
- Procedure & SOP updating on relevant systems.
- Product sample organization as required.
- Management of Intelex and other QA and HSE systems as required.
- Internal Audit participation.
What you can bring to the role
- A third level qualification in a Science related discipline is desirable, but not essential.
- Comfortable with analysis of data using Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- The successful candidate must be organised, systematic and should possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing demands.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools,
- SAP & Intelex documentation System experience desirable, but not essential.
