Bio-K+, a Kerry company, is currently looking for a Replenishment Planner to join our team.
Please note: this position is for a 12-month contract at our Bio-K+ plant, located in Laval, QC.
About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing replenishment strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders, and optimizing stock levels to balance supply and production efficiently.
Key responsibilities
• Inventory Management: Monitor Ram Material and Packaging stock levels, analyze demand trends, and develop replenishment plans to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Work closely with production planner, procurement, and supply chain teams to align replenishment with forecasts and business needs.
• Place purchase orders, track supplier performance, and manage lead times to ensure timely deliveries.
• Optimize replenishment strategies to minimize excess stock, reduce holding costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as service levels, stock turnover, and replenishment accuracy, and provide actionable insights.
• Work cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, production and marketing teams to align inventory plans with operational needs.
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delayed shipments, product shortages, inventory needs.
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, replenishment or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in SAP systems
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Knowledge of inventory management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
