About the role
The purpose of this position is to handle daily to daily work on production according to business needs, Organise and use all kinds of sources to produce and products quality control according to production schedule.
Key responsibilities
Production handling
- Be responsible for daily work at production site to keep company running smoothly.
- Establish and maintain an efficient production system.
- Organize the production to meet the annual budget.
- Continuous process improvement.
- Production planning to meet mass production needs.
- Ensure the efficient quality control in process.
- To do cost analysis in production area and control production cost.
People management
- Manage, supervise, train, lead and coach the production team to achieve target.
- Training, coaching the team to enhance people’s morale and fair monthly evaluation for the whole team.
- Carry out company policy and regulation.
ESH management
- Ensure the discipline, SHE management in the production area.
- 5s management and housekeeping management.
Internal communication
- Support internal and external audit and prepare relevant documents/audit.
- Daily communication with different functional dept (RD, RA, Quality, Ops.) to support business.
Other task from line manager.
Qualifications and skills
- 8+ production management experience in a manufacturing plant of the MNF, at least 3+ years in manager position.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Foods or related industrial, business, engineering etc.
- Experience in the food or related industrial will be an advantage.
- Strong cost saving sensitive and analytical thinking.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong shop floor problem solving skill.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Strong ability to learn continuously.
- SAP experience.
- Team player.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and fast action.
- Good oral and written English, good computer skill, familiar to the, MS Office suite etc.
