Where You'll Work:

At our Lake Zurich, IL facility we are producing a variety of dry beverage products that you've likely had before or seen in the grocery store! If you’re looking to build a career in manufacturing with a team you can have some fun with, we might be the team for you.

What you'll do:

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the site, reporting directly into the VP of Operations. Searching for a strong leader who has a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, who will encouraging employees and pave the way for them to improve themselves, and exploring new and improved ways of improving performance.

 On a high level, you’ll:

  • Control all costs that directly affect the plants performance
  • Mange a team  
  • Maintain plant infrastructure for future viability and growth
  • Build relationships with customers at all levels
  • Ensure plant inventory is managed appropriately

Qualifications and skills

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Degree in Engineering, Food Science or Business or related degree is required 
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience within food, beverage or pharma industry required
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience including hiring, training, performance reviews, career development and forming high performance teams
