About the role

As a Talent Development Administrator in the Tier 1 Talent Development & Learning Section of the Global Business Centre, you will play a key role in ensuring administration underpinning all Talent Development processes is completed accurately and on time and manage all tier 1 queries through to resolution or escalation. The role will have a strong focus on early careers talent attraction & selection process, support for annual Talent & Career Reviews, process co-ordination and data reporting

Able to work EU hours (2pm - 11pm / 3pm - 12am)

Key responsibilities

Early Careers 
•    To develop and manage the schedule for university and college careers fairs
•    To develop timetables for graduate campaign launch in line with various academic timelines across different regions & countries 
•    To develop global annual master schedule for early careers campaign
•    To activate the global graduate attraction campaign plan across the regions
•    To provide reports containing output of survey results relating to the graduate programme to the COE i.e. Graduate Programme Manager
•    To support the assessment process e.g. activating SOVA assessment process to applicants, supporting the screening process, progressing or declining applicants based on the selection criteria
•    To support the set up and organization of graduate assessment centres, to include scheduling, conducting briefings, timetabling etc. 
•    Set up early careers positions in org charts and create early career requisitions
•    To administer and analyze survey responses to support the evaluation of key graduate programme activities e.g.  mentor survey’s, graduate survey’s 
Annual Talent Review 
•    Supports Annual Talent Review. Main responsibilities include setting up calibration sessions on request of HRBP’s during annual Talent Review and providing status updates and progress reports during the process
Talent Assessment
•    Set up and manage Talent and Leadership Assessment projects (launch assessments, report/track progress, download/distribute candidate reports)
Training Delivery & Facilitation 
•    Manage all logistical coordination for any talent events including invitations, materials, agenda, communications).
•    Support organization, scheduling, set up and rollout of other learning activities as required e.g. in the area of Talent Development & Diversity, inclusion and belonging

Qualifications and skills

•    Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in HR or Talent/learning or administration roles
•    Knowledge of working with HR software platforms e.g. Success Factors, Workday
•    High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.
•    Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer groups.
•    Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.
•    Proficiency in one or more additional foreign language would be a significant advantage (in particular Indonesian Bahasa, Chinese, Thai, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese)
