About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator in the Tier 1 Talent Services Section of the Global Business Centre, you will play a key role in ensuring administration underpinning all Talent Acquisition processes is completed accurately and on time and manage all relevant tier 1 queries through to resolution or escalation.

Key responsibilities

•    Partner with Talent Acquisition team at Tier 2/3 to support all BAU recruitment activity including supporting the co-ordination of vacancy activity as required including advertising, arranging and confirming candidate interviews (including expenses), basic screening as well as deployment of assessment and selection materials whilst nurturing close working relationships with hiring managers 
•    Liaise and partner with external agency's/ institutions / partners as and when required
•    Responsibility for Graduate / Intern processes including: 
-Graduate data masterfiles 
-Book, organise and train brief Kerry representatives for careers fairs
-Graduate requisition management 
-Application, pre assessment management, video interview calibration
-Graduate assessment centres co-ordination including assessor training & briefing
•    Become ‘expert’ user of our applicant tracking system (Success Factors) and Service Now portal to support Talent Acquisition activity, ensuring compliance in TA activity across the ATS to ensure full compliance and working closely with HRIS to ensure correct functionality
•    Responsible for reports on key recruitment metrics including bi-weekly executive presentation and weekly reporting on activity per business
•    Working collaboratively with wider GBS teams to ensure an aligned approach from first candidate / hiring manager contact to offer, preboarding and onboarding. 
•    Implement and execute recruitment marketing for just in time recruitment
•    Ad-hoc support for Talent Aacquisition related projects and materials refresh 
 

Qualifications and skills

•    1-2 year experience, Bachelors degree is preferred
•    High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.
•    Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer groups.
•    Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.
•    Proficiency in one or more additional foreign language would be a significant advantage (in particular Indonesian Bahasa, Chinese, Thai, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese)
